E20: How Imposter Syndrome Can Impact Style with Jill Parekh
This week, we have another guest interview that I'm so excited to share with you.
Jill Parekh is an Imposter Syndrome Coach who specializes in helping working professionals and entrepreneurs feel worthy, sell confidently, and sign clients using social and cognitive psychology, neural-linguistic programming, and somatic healing.
Jill is someone who was very formative to my journey. She was the very first coach I ever worked with back in 2020, and she introduced me to mindset work when I was first starting out my business. She really helped me realize the work I had to do on myself internally first, and then my business naturally took off and thrived because of that.
Tune in to learn about:
Why you need to be a little bit delusional to get the results you want.
How imposter syndrome can show up in terms of style and self-expression.
How Jill’s relationship with the color pink evolved over time.
What beliefs about style and clothing she internalized when growing up.
Her experience of when I styled her for a recent photoshoot.
